Sessions
A Rolfing® session is always specifically tailored to the client's needs and strategically focuses on specific regions of the body. A typical session begins with a conversation about daily activities, movement patterns, body history and the client's intentions for the session. Next, the Rolfer will asses the client's posture and movement. The Rolfer will then work to balance the client's body by releasing restrictions and changing patterns. The session will end with another body assessment. Read more...

Testimonials
“One of the best things I have ever done for my body! I have had chronic issues with my back and hips for years which exacerbate to unbearable at times. Noah’s expertise has helped me immensely and allowed me to keep enjoying the activities I love!”
“Noah demonstrates excellent skill as a Rolfer. Your body feels completely different after one of his sessions. Furthermore, the flexibility and efficiency feel of your body stays with you long after your Rolfing session. It is kind of like you feel 20 years younger. It really is amazing.”
“I was really impressed by Noah’s knowledge and ability to realign my spine. I have been having severe neck pain for the past two years. I have tried various medical treatments without success. After one session with Rolf Durango, I have weeks free of neck pain. Noah has a lot of knowledge about spinal alignment and posture.”
“As a mom, climber, runner, bodyworker, etc, I use my body to work and play hard. So appreciate this work and the methodical caring way Noah does it.”
