Sessions
A Rolfing® session is always specifically tailored to the client's needs and strategically focuses on specific regions of the body. A typical session begins with a conversation about daily activities, movement patterns, body history and the client's intentions for the session. Next, the Rolfer will asses the client's posture and movement. The Rolfer will then work to balance the client's body by releasing restrictions and changing patterns. About Noah
Noah Richstone has been a certified Rolfer® and Rolf Movement® practitioner since 2013. He began his studies at the Rolf Institute® in Boulder, Colorado, and completed his certification through the Brazilian Rolf Institute operating in Bali, which uses an integrated method to incorporate Rolf Movement within structural Rolfing. Noah also completed an additional workshop in 2014 focusing on the anatomy, function and healing of the head and neck. Read more...
